- Preheat oven to 230°C / 210°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray or pizza tray with baking paper.
- Place pizza base on lined tray. Spread with the pizza sauce. Scatter with a small handful of Pizza cheese. Top with zucchini, mushroom, capsicum and olives. Scatter over the remaining cheese.
